How to Book

Please review the Studio Policies and Procedures prior to requesting a booking. If you would like to arrange a viewing of the space or if you have any questions please use the Contact form to send us an email. Online Booking. You may also want to review the Rental Agreement

To request a booking please return to the Home page to create a new account (If you do not already have one). You will receive an email that allows you to log in right away. You can return to this page when registration is complete. To ensure that your online booking will be a smooth process, please read the following guidelines.

  1. Please look at the pictures on the Photos page
  2. Please review the Floor plan to verify that the space suits your needs
  3. Use the Year, Month, Week and Day views in the Calendar to verify that the time and date you require are available. If the day you want has no booking listed it is most likely available. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.
  4. Please read and understand the Booking Envelope before booking a date.
  5. Use the Request a Booking link in the left hand navigation menu to open the request form (link visible upon registration)
  6. Please bear in mind that the published "Class Time" and "The studio booking" are not identical. The studio booking is the time the studio has been taken for.

  8. Once you have submitted your request we will verify it and contact you within regular business hours.
  9. A deposit, either on-line (email money transfer) or in person (cheque) and a signed Rental Agreement are required within 5 business days to hold the space. Your requested time and event will appear in the calender once these are received. If these are not received and if satisfactory arrangements have not been made, the booking may be canceled.
